Standard Chartered Bank — credit card settled in 2003

My credit of scb was settled in year 2003 & now they are claiming amounts to be paid, after 16 years.
It was settled in 6 installments & all chqs were cleared in that period.
Now they are creating a problem for civil scores & not able to get a loans
Now they are demanding 45 lakhs from me.
I am having a emails from bank & i am unable to attach as it is word file.

We wish to inform you that Standard Chartered Bank has, vide a Deed of
Assignment dated 9th February 2010 sold, transferred and assigned all its right,
title and interest in all the amounts due and payable by you ('the Receivables')
under Credit Card number ending 4233 in favour of M/s Shaha Finlease Pvt. Ltd.

Pursuant to the said Deed of Assignment, the outstanding dues along with such
other charges are contractually liable to be paid by you towards this Credit
Card to M/s. Shaha Finlease Pvt. Ltd. Please note that M/s. Shaha Finlease Pvt.
Ltd is separate legal entity. However, we are seeking M/s. Shaha Finlease Pvt.
Ltd support to investigate the issue.

However, our investigation has consumed additional time regarding payment done
in this credit card account

We are working on this issue and revert to you along with the reason for the
same.

Dear sir
I got a mail from melissa payne she is sick so she decide to give her properties to me..she told to bank manager to transfet to my account. I gave a replay to bank .. From bank send mail like this.. I want to know this is real or fake..
