Dear Sir/Mam,

I am Senior Engineer at Vadodara based company Rotex Automation Ltd in Gujarat. Our company has done group medical policy from Loop Health India in which Insurance company is Star Health India. I had purchased Medical insurance from star health for my mother on Feb, 2021. My mother was admitted on Mar, 2021 due to very serious health condition and I could not use Star Health Insurance as there is a 30 day waiting period. However, I had used my office Insurance instead to cover the expenses of the procedure.

For a second procedure on May, 2021 (Day Care Procedure), I had used Star Health Insurance to cover the expenses....

So we admited in hospital when policy taken they told cash less now thy delaying for cash less approval. Very sad. I am rafer dont take star health insurance. Stupid, cheating star health. Of late, i have been receiving lot of annoying spam calls from m/s. Star health and allied insurance. These irritating calls not only consume my time, but also cause rs.70 per each incoming call as i am on international roaming with vodafone. I attended 3 of 11 such calls today (Alas! True caller app shows the caller id only when the call is over or missed and not during the active call). I am desperate now to find a way to stop this menace....

This is in regards to the claim number cli/2019/700016/0733522 raised for a knee repair surgery done at dr mahajan hospital nagpur which is a tied up with star health.
The policy is on 3rd year running and is a senior citizen red carpet policy.
I was repeatedly told by the customer care officer that maximum 70% amount will be considered as the claim amount as it is a not existing disease, however, i was only provided with 50%...
