Due to uncertain events in my family. I was not able to pay the amount which was borrowed from Stashfin which is 10000. But i have informed them the reason and as well i have provided the proof for it but still they are daily asking me to pay immediately. I have explained them that I have a dept of 6 lakhs due to my daughters health issue and my father in law health and death issue. they are not even considering. I don't know what to do. They are threating me that they will file cheating complaint against me.

I have mailed and called this company many times, I have paid as much as they said to close the loan, but this company is not closing the loan after taking my payment and is not giving any response, not even my NOC. I am giving it till the last time when madam said NOC on the last call, please pay the NOC, but till now I have not received the NOC.

As i have taken a loan from stashfin and i have been late of paying loan amount they increase my loan amount . So i raised ticket so they can call me up and i will pay my amount ! So i raised ticket many times so they can solve my problem but till now they don’t call me and it 10 day they by day they are adding amount in my overdue but they are not helping me to pay my loan and they are sending me traths if legal action as i want to pay but they are not calling me back as i raised ticket many time so to make my loan pay they are charging 2500 plus of overdue !!

I have paid the full foreclosure amount and THERE IS NO DUE left. I want NOC for my loan number SERS[protected] and all other related loan numbers associated with my account. I am unable to download it from the app. I need it asap. I have raised the complaint ticket through the app on 28th June but till date I haven’t received any response from customer service. I have wasted more than 10 days in-order to receive a call from someone or my ticket to get resolved but no response at all. This is the worst experience any customer can get. Please share all the NOC letters.

My registered mobile number is [protected]. My sanctioned loan amount from Stashfin is Rs. 1, 00, 000 in which I had used Rs. 50, 000. I have paid all my amount, which is RS. 60, 333 against my loan but it is showing in my CIBIL Report. I need a NOC against my loan. My application number is Application No. SEKR[protected]. I am trying to connect with these guys from last 15 days, but there is no response from their side. There chatbot is not working, they are not attending the calls and also I have shoot 3 mails to grievance office and office of Akara capital but can't get proper response form their side also. There service is seriously a mental torture.

I reporting an issue from 18th june but no one is not responding... I applied loan in your stashfin the loan was approved and disbursed. But the disbursed amount was not credited in my bank account... Still now . I applied on 18th june . Please check . And the emis scheduled was prepared and keep on msg me to pay the emi ... Im not supposed to pay because i didn't receive any amount from your app. Please check and inform me weither its confirmed or not .
I am attaching a photo u can see i received a msg of emi and in the app also it's showing the emi option but I haven't received the money in my bank ...plz review and help me I don't want the money i want to cancel plz help ðŸ™ðŸ™

This mail comes after i had mailed you earlier regarding NOC of loan closed in 2020 . I am unable to apply for a home loan due to the bad impact it is having on my CIBIL score .
