Dear sir/madam my name is parthivi mehrotra i am living in ratan lal nager kanpur i want to open my account in your ratan lal nager kanpur branch but main concern is in my kyc i have pan card as a photo id proof and my mobile bill as a address proof i am visited in your sbi branch last 2 times, 1 time when i visit the branch i meet branch manager Mr, pravin awasthi but he say to me as per our kyc we cant accepted and today again i visit the branch i meet Ms, anuradha garg i am say that i have mobile bill as a address proof she say we cant accept mobile bill but in your sbi account opening form you r mention we are accaptad telephone bill, so plz suggest me what can i do for account open in your ratan lal nager kanpur branch, and a am also attach your kyc list in your account opening form plz do the needful Regards Parthivi mehrotra Mob[protected]
