State Bank Of India — ATM CARD NOT DELIVERED | |||
It is very unfortunate for the Govt. sector that the work culture is degrading day by day. My ATM was dispatched on 20/05/2015 by speed post tracking No. EQ[protected]IN but till date I could not receive the same. Two complaints/ tickets logged with SBI customer care & closed by team without resolution. They are helpless, they don’t know status on this. There is no tracking system. I checked this Consignment no. EQ[protected]IN online (On speed post office website) but its showing “No Consignment Found”. Why they are taking more than 1 month for delivery? Kindly arrange to let me know what should I do as I could not withdraw money from my SBI account for lack of ATM.
