Dear Sir, I bought maestro edge one day before dhanteras (2015). I respect hero that's why I bought this scooter. on the beginning of the Ist day my scooter is not working on self start. whenever I have been to showroom twice they have taken the scooty and (they recharge or change the battery in their opinion). One or two days they scooter really did'nt given any problem to me but again after 02-03 days again the same problem. I have been lodged the complaint verbally several times and 02 times on customer care. I have been spoken to workshop manager (nebsarai, delhi) but at the Ist time complaint was taken seriously but again when I called up all negative responses are from other side. sir, I am facing a lot of problem & humiliation because of this new bought scooter.
