Sub: Debit card payment failed but money deducted from account, not refunded till date.
Sir,
on 24.05.2015 I have purchase a sharee from KALAJONE branch Asansol, at that time I have try to pay (Rs. 3900/-) through debit card (no: [protected]) but unfortunately the payment have not made successfully. But when I have check my account balance at around 11.30 A.M on 24.05.2015 I see the payment amount deducted from my account.
I inform the dealer of that concern, he said your payment have not made at all to my account and the said paying amount (Rs.3900/-) will refunded within 3 to 4 days automatically through SBI.
But till now the said amount have not refunded to my account. Thus it is requested, please check my account no: [protected] and do the needful at earliest.

* But when I try to given a application regarding this mater to our home bank manager, he deny to received the same. hence this application send through online complain facility in SBI website.
