Original copy of Corrigendum PPO No. C/Corr/6th CPC/33097/2012 dated 26 Jul 2012 has been forwarded to your office vide 1642 PNR Coy (GREF), PIN-931642, C/o 99 APO letter No. CF/035311M/JBR/59/E5 dated 20 Jul 2013 for releasing of revised pension per month wef 01.01.2006. 2. Sir, but till date I received my monthly pension as per 5th CPC basis. 3. You are requested to kindly release my revised monthly pension as per above mentioned copy of Corrigendum PPO No. which was already despatch to you on 20 Jul 2013. 4. Your kind cooperation on this matter will highly be appreciated.
