Tel:- [protected] Date:[protected] Dear Sir, When I was drive with my Motor Cycle on dated:[protected]. I received call time afternoon to 3:11pm from Mobile No. [protected] & And He talks with me my SBI Bank Card No. & My Card having Reward Points that you redeem urgently you will get benefit this much amount. When I confident that guy told my card No. & My reward point on them and I also receives SMS on my mobile no. I will give him one by one detail for my card & OPT password No. 714014 also. When I got SMS from SBI Bank Card on my mobile that you have done Transaction Rs.4940/- to Airtel Payment . I surprise & I call immediately to his Mobile No.[protected]. So he told me that It reflect on monthly statement bil. And this happen, I visit on dated:[protected] to My SBI Branch. And SBI officer told me about last Transaction, he told that Yes you spent Rs.4940/- to Airtel Payment And I stop immediately my credit card & give him detail above & complaint & also told me that I use SBI Credit Card last five years, In past I not payment to any Aritel Payment, And my Mobile No. is also Tata. So, Please chack detail & Stop payment for this Transaction Rs. 4940/- to Airtel Payment. When I asked to SBI Credit card department to send me the statement for last four month.(August, September, October, November). And every time SBI office to force me to pay amount. The person always send me SMS only. No any written statement given. And now they charge me interest also. Any they are doing mentally harassment. And SBI officer told me that the branch will reverse the Transaction. And I also all explain that this type of fraud done with me. And I also told me that My Credit card Information was not secure with your SBI Bank. And all this information are spread to other unknown organization. And, this type of fraud with My brother son Mr.Bharat Y. Mewada also. So, Please take necessary action. So, other people safe from this type of fraud . Your truly, Kantilal K.
