State Bank Of India — Internet banking transaction failure (amount debited but not paid to beneficiary)

I have made transaction of Rs.1000/- for payment of Examination Fee for MBBS Entrance Exam if All India Institute of Medical Sciences on 27.02.2016. The Amount was not credited to AIIMS Account. Therefore, I again paid Rs.1000/- on 27.02.2016. The earlier transaction amount has not credited to my account till date. The details of transaction are as under-
