State Bank of India — Net banking wrong transaction to another account number

Dear Sir, I have made a transaction (IR[protected] on[protected] to the account of Nurdeen Koya with account number ([protected]) through net banking. But the amount has debited from my account to an account number without my acknowledgement. I didnt add this account number in my net banking account list. So I would like to request you to check with my account and please process the transaction details and refund the amount to my account as soon as possible. I have sent the complaint mentioned above to my branch (Kattappana) on June 19th 2015. But they did not take any action on it. Also now these days they are not picking the telephone. I am not in my native place now. So I sent complaint through email and telephone. Please consider my request and retrieve my transaction amount as soon as possible.
