I had ordered a product from Amazon on 20th May 2020which cost Rs 1099/- and I had pay through debit card but cancelled it. Amazon refunded vide ref. above. But till date amt has not been credited to my SB account. No. Of request sent to AGM but they did not bothered. Nor the Branch Officer and Accountant of Mayur Vihar branch did not bothered about this issue. They are lingering the matter. I request you to please solve my problem.
