Sir, I have been sanctioned family pension from Sr.DFM/Katihar vide PPO No-[protected] commencing from[protected]. But the bank has paid me family pension only from October -2013 to March- 2015. No arrears of family pension has been paid in my favour for the period of 23th November -2009 to September 2013. Because of non-payment of arrears I am facing acute financial crisis.
