State Bank of India — Not considering as bank customer | |||
Hello, Since I am working in Kuwait I have Kuwait bank account for transferring money and saving money I opened sbi account. I got atm and I went to bank for atm pin.The bank mangers always saying that he is busy and he told to me come tomorrow Next day when I went there he is saying same word that he is busy come next day. He is acting like busy instead he is allowing others into his cabin and chit chatting with them.He is ignoring all my concerns and issues.Many times I have wrote written complaints but he is not accepting. Currently I am using ICICI bank account I have done lakhs of rupees transaction. I will show you my bank statements you will find how many lakhs of transactions I had done per month.Since I am software engineer I know about bank application hardley it will take two minutes to share my atm pin. Actually I planned to open EPF account and some fixed deposits. This is the way he is responding how could I trust this bank and especially this bank manager.I would have save atleast 3k permonth If I did Fd in this bank since I done in ICICI. I called to sbi care they suggested me I have to request for another card since current card got expired. I am traveling back to Kuwait next week I can't expect these things going to be done in two weeks. Account no: [protected] Name: Manjunatha Reddy Kindly provide me solution.
