State Bank Of India — Request for atm card new pin no.

Hello sir/madam,

I am sakshi gupta, customer of state bank of india (Jaswant nagar branch, etawah, u.P ).
My atm cum debit card is lost and so that unable to operate my sbi debit card from any atm machine.

I have already contacted in branch.

I request you to provide me a duplicate atm with new pin for my sbi debit card amd request you to block lost one.
