State Bank of India — Rude behavior of staff

Sir, My savings account no. [protected] is by name Rakesh Juneja in SBI (ADB) civil lines branch, Rampur, UP from several years. Today, on 8th June 2015, I went to the civil lines branch of the bank to get my pass book completed and to collect some information on PMSBY/PMJJBY schemes organized by the government of India. The entry was made in my pass book but when I asked for the information I was told that it could only be provided by the branch manager, Mr.Priyadarshi. When I went to the manager, I was asked to come later in evening. When I went at the bank around 3:30 pm, they misbehaved with me and used abusive language and was shouting and screaming loud in the bank premises and without providing any information he asked me to leave the bank.
