State Bank Of India [SBI] — Against SBI Branch Manager, Ulliyeri, Kozhikode for Destroying my documents | |||
We have applied for Loan for self employment program through SC/ST development department. We got approval from government and government forwarded our application to the bank. on 28.01.2021, later on bank manager was giving us wrong informations to delay/ reject this loan. They said initially the loan was rejected due to low CIBIL score, but they didn't gave a formal reply in this regards. after several bank visits they send list of documents are missing throgh whatsapp. But we resubmit our application and asked for acknowledgement, Bank manager never gave acknowledgement. We Visited bank again and the new manager Gave the same letter (which was undated) and told us to resubmit the documents again (they already have these documents with them). Then we asked the new bank manager to give the dated letter, but he dated the letter to 22.07.2021, which is not at all acceptable. i am a young women entrepreneur of scheduled caste and mother of 1 year old Child. I request the Consumer court to investigate on this matter and take action against bank manager since they don't have my submitted documents, i believe they destroyed Was this information helpful? | |||
