State Bank Of India [SBI] — Airtel — refund status of failed transaction but money taken from sbi bank | |||||
I have made 2 online airtel recharge on 17th Dec 2015. It was for my father-in law's mobile [protected]. In both the transcation 200/- was taken. I did raise a complaint. I did receive one of the transcation back. I was repeatedly following up with the other SBI bank transcation id : IH4282834. I later on received update of my complaint that merchant has taken the money and the transcation was successful (this is complete untrue as it has not refelcted in the mobile balance and I have received text message saying that transcation was unsuccessful). After the transcation was made, I did receive text message saying that trscation failed and money will be refunded to my account within 15 minutes. It never happened and it is almost 8 days and have no clue about my trscation. I later on called Airtel and checked with the transcation id 236024 and was informed that the trascation was unsuccessful. I have all the proof from my merchant attached in the email. I am repeatedly calling sbi and everytime your customer servcie team is given me vague reply. I think this is a fraud done by SBI and if not resolved at your level, I will be forced to take legal actions. I will appreciate that my money is returned to my account asap.
