[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — Amazon.in refunded an amount of Rupees 447 but it is not reflecting in my account. | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, Amazon.in transferred an amount of rupees 447 in my SBI account on 21st May, 2017. Amazon.in informed me it would take around 4-5 business days as per bank's policy for the amount to reflect in the account. However still now, I didn't receive the money. I have contacted amazon for at least 15 times and every time they have shared a refund reference number/transaction number[protected] and have asked me to contact the Bank's customer care for the same. I have repeatedly asked SBI's agent to charge a dispute (as amazon said) regarding the same but every time they said there is no such terms like that available with us. Basically when I am asking help from amazon, amazon is saying to contact SBI and when I am contacting SBI, SBI is saying to contact amazon. Now since I have nowhere else to go, with a great positive expectation, I'd kindly ask you to help me regarding this. I shall patiently wait in hope for the best resolution from you. Jun 3, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I registered a new complain on the SBI website and they have provided me the money back. State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
