State Bank Of India [SBI] — amazon product / refund not processed | |||
In amazon, i cancelled order (Already paid) In sep month.. Still now, refund not initiated.. I already spoke with bank branch customer service.. They didn't respond and irresponsible answer they given.. After that they didn't pick my call.. I chat with amazon customer service representative, he said contact branch customer service we already sent reference code.. And sent this content, "some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund." Was this information helpful? | |||
