[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — amazon refund initiated and processed but not received | |
My name is devjit acharya and i had ordered gnc monohydrate and myfittness peanut butter of rs.1132 in amazon on 7th may 2020 and after 12th may 2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 12 may 2020 on which refund initiated) Amazon initiated the amount to my upi but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. May 15, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I got my refund today, the problem was i forgot my upi address at that time and on paytm you can edit and add upi name as your wish like-5sad@paytm or abcd@paytm and here the problem is if you forget like me what address you use while your amazon payment then you request for refund for any reason and i assume that they initiated your refund in your case then, also i would like to remind you that you can have like 4 or 5 upi address on paytm but only one address that is choosed as default as payment gateway others will appear as not valid so if you chose a wrong one as default like me then your refund will be somewhere and that what happened to me then i have come to consumer complains and raise a complaint they solved the problem 1-2 days i am really thankful to them State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
