I have make a payment of Rs 6999 on 1 September 2015 through Amazon.in. Amount has been debited from my SBI account but the order was unsuccessful. It is not refunded till now. My state bank buddy has been blocked i am trying to call to the customer care from past 3 days no responce even I cant able to connect also, the worst service, please try to make the solve my problem as earliest as possible.
