Sbi costumer care no. [protected] Money was deducted from my account even if when the website stated a failed transaction. While booking 3 bus tickets from koraput to parlakhemundi on the website indiabus.com the payment gateway was successfully redirected and balance was deducted but my tickets weren't booked. 756/-inr was deducted from my account via the sbi anywhere app and my tickets weren't booked so i request for a quick refund to carry out my work.
