State Bank Of India [SBI] — amount debited from merchant but not credited in my sbi account

I have done online transaction from my sbi debit card which was unsuccessful due to net issue.
As per merchant there account is debited by there account.
They also provide the arn no.

But amount is still not reflected in my sbi acct.

Also checked with my home branch manager, he guide me to send email.
Please help to resolve the issue.
