State Bank Of India [SBI] — Amount deducted for online payment but transaction failed | |||
I transferred the amount of Rs.500 from my SBI Account([protected]) to PAYTM on 26th Dec 2016 through online transaction. The transaction is failed but the amount is deducted from my account. I tried to register the complaint through phone banking they told complaint can’t be registered since there is no reference number for the transaction. They asked me to reach home branch. I went to my home branch (MANYATA EMBASSY BUSINESS PARK, BANGALORE) and gave written complaint on 30th Dec 2016, there is no action taken. Then again went to bank on 11th Jan 2017 and 25th Jan 2017.Eventhough I complained 3 times there is no proper response and not even a complaint registered. Was this information helpful? | |||
