State Bank Of India [SBI] — amount deducted from sbi but recharge not done | |
I used sbi rewardz website to do a recharge of rs.49 on my airtel mobile number. I used 119 reward points i. E. Rs.29.75 and rest rs.19.25 from sbi debit card. Money got deducted from my debit card as well as reward points also got deducted. But recharge not done on my number. Moreover no transactions are showing in redeemed section of sbi rewardz. Kindly resolve. I also sent the mail to customer support but no response yet. Was this information helpful? | |
