[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — application fees debited from bank account but sbi bank collect indicates the payment status as failure

I had enrolled for m. Phil program in university of madras. I had paid the application fees of ₹1000 through sbi bank collect. Amount is debited from my bank account but when i visit sbi collection page, it shows the payment status as failure. I had visited the university today, they are asking me to pay it again.
