Dear sir, maine 12/04/18 ko apne sbi a/c no:- [protected] ke atm card ke through indain overseas bank ke atm machine see 9000/- nikalne ke liye process kiya aur mere account se 9000/- debit bhi ho gayaa lekin atm machine me kuchh kharaabi hone ki wajah se cash dispense nahi ho paya..
to maine 13/04/2018 ko customer care me complaint kiya jiska complaint id:- at[protected] hai.
aur abhi tak mujhe mera paisa mere account me waapas nahi mila hai.

Mujhe Kuchh Logon Ne Bataya Tha Ki 9-10 Mahine Baad Bhi Waapas Aa Jaata Hai Paisa.
Maine Pure Ek saal Wait Kiya Hai Lekin, Abhi Tak Mera 9000/- Jo Mere Account Se Debit Jarur Hua Lekin, Indian Overseas Bank Ke ATM Machine Se Dispense Nahi Hua Tha.
Maine Branch Me Visit Karke Bhi Baat Ki Thi Lekin, Unhone Kahaa Customer Care Se Baat Karne Se Hi Ho Jata Hai.
Aur Abhi To Koi Mere Complaint Le Baare Me Sun-na Hi Nahi Chahta Hai.
Kindly Sir Mujhe Mera Paisa Waapas Dilwaya Jaaye.

I m complating about subvention of government in agricultural loan is not credited in my agricultural loan account and interest charge is more than government rules taken from me

Sir, I got a personal loan from Mathura main branch.date 18apr 18 of 600000.but in branch cut off for processing fees 7086 rupeis.why in branch .but other branch says for defence person processing fees is not applicable.plnsolve my problem
