State Bank Of India — SBI ATM Security Issue

Dear Sir, The security guard at the SBI ATM was enjoying his smart phone ignoring who is entering into to ATM. I was withdrawing cash from ATM and while cash is dispensed, suddenly i found a person standing right behind me, I asked him to leave not sure when he entered whether he was watching my pin. He moved back but the other person accompanying him was commenting saying you cannot do two transactions and trying give hard looks to create fight situation. As soon as I'm done with it came out and asked the guard how come your allowed another person when someone is withdrawing cash, but the another person was tried to argue and giving serious look and creating a fight situation, I realized it could be a trick to steal money and without arguing moved out from that place. But the security was just sitting with no action not he is ready help by calling police.
