My SB account no. [protected], sbi madhubani branch, ifsc code SBIN0000127, in name - Chiranjeev Kumar Thakur. From ATM BOI Supaul, I tried to withdraw Rs 500.00, unsuccessfully no amount withdrawn from ATM, but debited my account for Rs 500.00
