State Bank Of India [SBI] — Atm withdrawal failure and no refund

Dear sir,
My name is sanjeev kumar bearing account no [protected] recently i try to with drawl amount of rs 4000 from your atm on 04/02/17 in atm id singo 14800001 umrikala at uttar pradesh but due to atm failure i haven't received my amount but when i check my balance enquire its was showing amount debited from my account through atm i called sbi customer care on
09-02-17 and registered a complaint regarding this issue the complaint no is [protected] i lost my register mobile no which is [protected] and i made a mistake in changing my register mobile no through atm my new register mobile no should be [protected] so kindly check and refund my amount immediately and kindly help in changing my register mobile no and internet banking cause it's not possible to visit a home branch for this
