Dear sir, Most humbly I respectfully I beg to said that myself Miss Rebati sahu from Gopapur, Deogarh. This is request letter for very bad discipline of branch due to opening of my self saving account in State Bank of India, Barkote branch when I am giving request to opening my account before 1 month department will confirm me for opening but when it's request above one month then I visit branch then I want to take my account opening status then they will respond badly and when I am request him for branch manager official mail ID or phone no then all department misbehaving me to neglect my request it's so shame on them or branch security guard are also irresponsible and irrespective person to talk with me . There fore, I request to you if they will do with me that kind of misbehave and slow process account opening then how can we faith government of India department and it's my special request to you to first trainned all departmental staff as well as security guard to maintain his status with customer .kindly solve my problem and do it fastly ..
