[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — bank is not crediting amount in my account

I had made transaction with Flipkart on 16/07/2019 but cancelled, the refund of the same I haven't received in my account which Flipkart has transferred on 17th July 2019.

Flipkart has provided me following details regarding refund

Txn date - 16th July 2019

Txn amount - 12990/-

Txn id - [protected]

Refund Reference no - 75503729198031419079798

Authorisation code - 265507

I have contacted my home branch, sbi customer care etc. but they seems not concerned about this and ignoring my mails. They have closed my complain without resolving the matter. I am not getting any resolution, Its been 15 days and no resolution from SBI. They have now started ignoring my tweets also

Please look into the matter and help me to save from such fraud
