State Bank Of India [SBI] — branch is not responding for my application

Dear sir
I have applied for internate banking for my account in my branch on dated 26.12.17 and they have given me a temprory user id & password but when i am trying to login first time it is showing invalid user id /password.
After that i am visiting daily to the branch and they are saying try next day and now i have become tired from this process they are not doing any thing for my problem so kindly help me, my branch code is sbin0001604 its very urgent for me

my name is SITARAM MAHTO. I am a customer of State Bank of India which contains IFSC CODE SBIN0003147. my account no is [protected]. This account is joint account with my wife PRABHA DEVI.
In this account my mobile no [protected] is registered and this mobile no has become closed so i want to changed my mobile no.
For this i have visited my branch many times and the officer of branch says that change through ATM . I have tried many times from ATM but my mobile has not changed and branch is not responding for this
so it is my pleasure request to change my new mobile no [protected]
For this i shall always be grateful to SBI
