State Bank Of India [SBI] — card charges

Dear team.
Kindly check on one the SBI bank credit card use for lat 4years back but than we are not using so bank is close this card but when I apply the one loan for others bank than our cibil report reflect for this card is negative rupees but as per my knowledge I am using anywhere for this card and SBI card is destroyed for last 4 years back but that card hit my civil for rs 100 rupees I am not aware for these charges. My card no is [protected]. And Other card No is ------ [protected]. Team check for which amount outstanding for this credit card and explain so that if I use any amount than pay otherwise remove these charges for this credit card and clear my civil report.
