State Bank Of India — Sbi card doing fraud and sending illegal bills

I HIMANSU KUMAR DUTTA, told by the SBI CARD sales representative that the card is free of cost for CENTRAL GOVT. employee.When received a new card in JAN 15, an amount of RS.568 come with it.When communicated about the problem their representative told me to purchase an amount of RS.2000 and this card will be free.I made a purchase of RS.2700 but the bill again came.ON 10/03/2015 the sales executive told to me pay RS.191. and no amount will come in the next bill.I paid RS 192 on 12/03/2015. but the bill still came.I filed a complain on 16/03/2015, but no reply came.
