State Bank Of India [SBI] — Card protection plan - sbi credit card | |||
Dear team, Some days back I got SBI credit card, At the time SBI team asked me for CPP card protection plan activation, I accidently give them my consent over phone for CPP activation. But after some hours later I felt realise that I don't want this card protection plan. I have called the customer care of CPP, and told that I don't want this plan, at that time they told me that, please make my cancellation request after getting the membership number. After one week I got the member ship through e-mail and sms at the same time the CPP team debited Rs 1599/- from my SBI Credit Card. On the next day I called the CPP customer care and ask them to cancel my Card Protection Plan and revert back the mentioned amount that they withdrawn from SBI credit card as plan membership fee. They agree with me. But till now I didn't receive any messege from their side and above said amount not reverted. Now I just want to revert back Rs.1599/- from my credit card account.
