State Bank Of India [SBI] — charge dispute for 25 oct | |||
I ordered a product on 25 oct 2018 from amazon and used my sbi card for online payment. That product was not delivered and amazon provided me refund. I have not received refund amount 1431 rs in my card. I contacted amazon and they informed me to contact sbi bank cx service as refund already been given by amazon. Sbi cx service do not have any information about charge dispute. I contacted amazon back and they informed me to raise this charge dispute request to sbi again. Was this information helpful? | |||
