State Bank Of India [SBI] — Charge dispute "refund not processed"

Dear sir,
A refund of rs.2480 was successfully initiated on july 1 by amazon through the neft mode. However, it didnot reflect into my account even after 9 days. I have called sbi customer care several times but all are in vain, they never helped me for once, didnot file charge dispute nor accepted the reference number provided by amazon to locate the refund. I even contacted home branch but all were simply helpless.in a digital world, no one is helping me get my money. If such happens then how can we rely on online transactions. Please loop upon this matter. I am totally helpless as there is no one around who is willing to help me.

Reference number:sir, i hereby attach my bank statement screenshot. As you have provided the reference number of the refund of rs.2480, but that didnot work as bank refused to accept this number. They are asking the utr number which was generated during the refund process. So kindly i request you to please provide me that number as i am totally frustrated with the prolong drag between bank and amazon. Please look into that matter. im prabhat kumar singh, im deposite high court fee through offline chalan mode. bt thats not successfully .
so please reback my fee in my . [protected] sbi account.

Today i made transaction with Flip cart Rs.461/-, but at their end they are saying transaction stuck with Bank.

Please look into the matter and resolve the issue.
