The chief branch manager State bank of india Main branch Dear sir, A refund of 999.00 inr was successfully processed on 6th september 2017 to my account by 'amazon'. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till date. I have called the sbi customer service and provided the unique transaction reference number but no action has been taken as on 09/10/2017. I have confirmed with amazon and they have confirmed the successful processing of the amount/refund. Request you to kindly locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to re-initiate the refund.
