Dear sir / madam, I deposited a chq. no. 811112 dtd 15-06-16 of rs. 61002 /= drawn on sbi - bansdih branch, ballia (up) on 22/06/2016 into my od a/c[protected] sbi, dattapada borivali e branch but yet it is not credited. hence you are requested to look after the matter and credit the amount with late payment charges (interest).
