State Bank Of India [SBI] — complain about not receiving gas subsidy amount

Respected sir, my name is sarat chandra khetriya residence of christian street, 1st lane, jeypore town, dist - koraput, state - odisha. I am a old customer of h. P gas. My gas subsidy amount was regularly credited to my account but unfortunately since last 01/12/2016 my subsidy amount was not credited to my account. I was appeal to our gas agency but he said we are transferring your amount to your account no, you consult to your bank. After that i went to my sbi bank and consult about this problem to the branch manager. And the branch manager said you should consult to npci.
