State Bank Of India [SBI] — complaint about sbi fastag for reversal of toll charges | |||
Dear sbi fastag & nhai team, This is udhayashankar, my vehicle (Car) number is tn 10 aw 2965 & my sbi fastag id is 34161fa[protected]f080. Please find the attachment of my sbi fastag toll transactions as on today from the tag installed. From 1st jan 2019 to 19th dec 2019 ₹ 2150 looted by the bank from my fastag as debit adjustment which is not at all acceptable. Kindly look in to this and revert back the money. [protected]@nic.in on 19th dec 2019, & reminder mail has been sent on 24th dec 2019 but there's no response from their end around 15 days. Also my tag is showing as lcv vehicle which is notified by one of the toll yesterday. From when it was changed as lcv i don't know... So i'm assuming, this is how the fastag is looting from the consumers as debit adjustment and also instead of car charge they're taking lcv charges etc., I'm wondering that, from my end (One customer) per year around ₹2000 looted last year itself, the same way how much amount looted from the overall fastag customers in india. Approx amount in some crores if my assumption is not wrong. Thanks in advance for sorting the issue and to get my money back.
