My complaint -with SR no.[protected] and this ticket is pending from last more than 15 days, no resolution received. As per below mail, could you please revert ? I raised request to block my card on dated 9th Nov 18 and paid all due which was lying on my CARD and after settling all due on same day, even I paid excess amount of INR 466 on credit card as confirmed by your customer care team and after that, you people taken request to close my credit card. same can be verified/checked by your team from recording lines of same day i.e. 9th Nov 18. However, dated 11th Nov you people pay back to me excess amount of INR 466 in my bank account and on same day SBI imposed INR 424 as late fine charges on my card ? What is the logic/sense in this ? If any due was lying on my card then why people taken request to close my card and also if any amount was pending on my card, then it should to be adjust from my excess paid amount on my card ? If I paid extra amount to SBI, then why SBI not adjusted this excess paid amount with due amount rather than pay back to customer and charging late fine charges ? And this late fine charges are getting accumulated, however I cleared all due and my card is in blocked stage? I discussed with your customer care team for resolution, multiple times, yet issue not resolved. Kindly put your attention to close this issue. I booked train ticket on 11.01.2019, the train ticket was not booked, but the amount debited from my account.tillnow the amount was not refunded.kindly check it sir and I request you to refund the money to my account sir ... I post my details in the box..

Sir whenever I am doing card payment I Am not recorded otp from the beginning .and I was complain so many times to my sbi branch (ulundurpettai). But they don't take any actions. So please if I am doing card payment and online transaction I need otp.so please solve my problems.

Dear Sir my account no is [protected] when I used my atm without receiving 1000 amount my account debited such transaction made today in bob atm premnagar kanpur kindly see the matter

I had also call to SBI Bank customer helpline but they did not solve my problem I am in a problem.
