State Bank Of India [SBI] — cpp cancellation | |||
Dear sir, I got a call from cpp assistance service a week before and the person from cpp told me about cpp, but in one way or other he made me to say 'yes" on phone. And he asked me to pay charges for card in installments only. Monthly installment is just rs. 180 something. But on 1 may, 2018, i saw that they have deducted full amount of rs. 1649 from my account without my permission. It is just stealing other's money without permission. I never accepted for making full payment at once. Now i feel that cpp is not necessary for me. So please enable me to cancel cpp on no time, and refund rs. 1649 amount which was stolen from my account by cpp assistance service. Otherwise, i will take this matter to the consumer court. Further, i don't know how cpp service got my registered phone number from sbi branch. It is a violation of privacy.
