Dear Sir, Greetings of the day!! I had been associated with SBI bank since few years. I am really in very much pain full situation since last few months. I had been offered forcefully for the encash loan of Rs. 4 Lac. in the month of Nov-2018. Which I had requested for the cancellation within week time in writing. I had also not encash the cheque received from your end. this request was not responded & proceed on time and there were interest charges was debited on my account. situation was out of the control and I had escalated till nodal officer and final reversal has taken around 2 month time. meanwhile your system was keep counting the interest charges on it. Further to this draft of easy money was taken for 45 days time. as per the discussion had with sbi team while taking this services they have confirmed that there wont be an charges other than processing charge if I pay it before 45 days. but every time invoicing system was calculating the interest charges even though 45 days was not over. Same has reversed for once but not for all transection. This has been reported by me on 3rd dec-2018 over mail and phone. I had repeated and escalated this system related issue but no one has taken serially. As I was not left by any option rather than holding the payment which was keep on increasing by adding the interest charges. I had also explain this case to Mr. Hitarth (mob: [protected]) he has also understood the reality of the case and he might have contacted your team to waiver such interest charges but as usual response was very poor and negative too. At the end of the day it has started affecting my civil score and I had received notice from your end. I was asked to contact Mr Harmesh Sharma. I am trying contact him since more than month but could not reach him over phone. Sorry for such a long mail but with having trust and last hope on SBI bank (being 100% Indian bank) has now affected. last week I got confirmation from SBI representative stating there is no provision they will not be able to reverse the charges although there is significant delay from SBI side in responding and resolving the such system bug. Seeking your kind support and understanding towards this. I had to hold the payment because of not having timely and proper response / solution towards the automatic invoicing system. I had never wanted to do so and that's why I was keep on communicating with SBI bank over phone and mails. But their representative could not respond on the fact provided by me as there could be no provision to resolve this system bug in their invoicing system. I strongly believe that the RBI must have some provision to help banking customer in such kind of adamant response from bank. and henceforth I hereby requesting for your kind and genie help to settle the matter and account both. I would like to the close this cc account by payment only principal amount as banking customer is not at all responsible to pay the charges for the system bug in bank invoicing system and delay in clarifying & resolving invoice related issue.
