State Bank Of India [SBI] — credit card declined | |||
I had applied a credit card with this bank and duly submitted the documents they asked for. They even gave me verification calls and told that my card would be delivered within 10 working days to my home or to my office. However, out of curiosity i just checked the status of my application online and it said that they are sorry to inform me that my application is rejected. There was no intimation or reason that was given me. I am trying to call the customer care but not even able to speak to any customer care representative. I have given my pan card details wherein they can check that i have a regular monthly income and have been paying my taxes as well every year. But the level of irresponsibility is when i trusted this bank have an account with them and still they have no responsibility to get back to give a proper answer with a proper reason.
