Sir, i have purchased a item from amazon on emis from sbi cards. But in the next bill the whole amount was shown. I talked to customer care, who told me your card is blocked and deposit rs 5, 000, then left amount will be converted with in 10 days. I did that, but when i talked after next 10 days, i was asked to deposit rs1000. I deposit it and then i called the customer care and and i was asked to contact the amazon for that, i send the email received from amazon to the customer care and nodal officer. But after so many communications and fallow-ups the issue is still not resolved and my credit card bill is increasing, even it has been blocked by sbi. Was this information helpful? | |||

Recently i had downloaded the buddy app. Following the basic activation process it showed my balance to be absolutely zero... Which is not the real scenario. I had tried many a thing within the app but nothing seems to work. Kindly help
