State Bank Of India [SBI] — credit card over charges for never used card | |
Dear sir This is regarding credit card sbi number [protected] of year 2000. The card was never used and no outstanding. Actualy it never reached us so i never used it and were about to know the outstanding on this card and it's number when i approach sbi due to my poor cibil score. As promotion their sales person they also say that there is no fee involved so we were neither apprehensive. Please settle this amount to help me bail out of this difficult situation of poor cibil score. I have approached them number of times but instead to close this card of 20 years old they are demanding huge money.in liew certain touts also start approaching to extort money. Sbi never delivered any single letter or email to me although they had full details of my office as well as home and e address. They kept accumulation of joining fee and never delivered me card.
