State Bank Of India [SBI] — Debit balance twice for same transaction | |||
June 2019 while submitting fees on delhi university portal fees was deducted three times but it was actually deposited only once and the amount which was mistakenly debited twice doesn’t credited in account when logged a complaint they said i will be updated after 45 days after 45 days when called customer support they said it has been resolved and you can contact branch for same but still amount was not credited, after contacting branch they said we also filled a compliant on you behalf and after continuous enquiry also haven’t got any feedback or money back till yet.
